Plans & billing overview

WhatPro has four plans plus a free developer tier. Pricing and checkout are handled entirely by Shopify Managed Pricing — you pick and pay for your plan on Shopify’s hosted page, and WhatPro reads your active plan to unlock features.

Growth and Plus also offer annual pricing at a discount. Starter, Basic, and Growth send each flow in a single language you choose; Plus can send in the customer’s own language automatically.

Prices and plan names shown inside the app are read live from Shopify, so they always match what you’ve configured. The table above reflects the standard configuration.

How billing works

• Shopify hosts pricing + checkout. WhatPro never charges your card; you approve the plan on Shopify’s hosted pricing page, and Shopify bills you.
• Changing plans is done from the same hosted page. Open the Plan page in WhatPro and choose Manage plan on Shopify.
• Free trial — Basic, Growth, and Plus include a 7-day free trial.
• Usage limits — each plan has a monthly automated-message cap (see the table). When you reach the cap, further automated sends pause until the next month or a plan upgrade. Unlimited plans have no cap.

Developer / test plan

Development stores and the app developer’s own test stores resolve to a free internal Test tier with everything unlocked. This plan is not shown to regular merchants.

What each plan unlocks

Beyond message volume, plans gate specific features — Checkout Gate, Newsletter, Campaigns, full lifecycle order tagging, the Team Inbox, and sending in the customer’s language. The dashboard setup checklist automatically hides steps your current plan doesn’t include.
