Dashboard

The WhatPro dashboard is the app’s home page. It has two parts: the setup checklist and the performance overview.

When you first install WhatPro, a Welcome checklist guides you through activation — connecting WhatsApp, adding a Meta payment method, requiring a phone number at checkout, creating your first flow, and configuring each feature.

The checklist is plan-aware: it only shows steps your current plan includes. On Starter, for example, the Checkout Gate, Newsletter, Campaigns, and Team Inbox steps are hidden; on Plus, every step is shown. The progress count reflects the steps available to you. You can dismiss the checklist once you’re set up.

Below the checklist, the Overview shows your key metrics over a selectable date range (defaulting to the last 30 days), including:

  • Messages sent and read across all channels.
  • Stop replies — customers who opted out.
  • Checkout OTPs verified — phones confirmed at checkout.
  • Carts recovered and revenue recovered — won-back abandoned carts and their value.
  • Spend and ROAS — estimated Meta spend and return on ad spend.
