Choose a Plan
WhatPro is billed through Shopify Managed Pricing. Shopify hosts the pricing page and the checkout, and your subscription appears on your regular Shopify bill. WhatPro reads which plan you are on and unlocks the matching features — it never charges your card directly.
The plans

Higher tiers unlock more flows and features such as marketing campaigns, the checkout gate, the newsletter popup, and the Team Inbox. For the full feature-by-tier breakdown, see Plans.
Choose or change your plan
Section titled “Choose or change your plan”- In WhatPro, open the Plan page (also reachable from Settings then Change Plan).
- The page shows your current plan, its price, and what is included on it.
- Select Manage plan on Shopify.
- Shopify opens its hosted pricing page. Pick a plan and confirm.
Because Shopify is the source of truth for billing, the plan name and price shown in WhatPro come live from Shopify — they always match what you are actually charged.
What comes next
Section titled “What comes next”You have completed the core setup: WhatPro is installed, WhatsApp is connected, a Meta payment method is in place, checkout requires a phone number, and a plan is chosen.
